Robotic cell for the pharmaceutical industry
The robot cell from Mitsubishi Electric with integrated RH 3SDHR industrial robot can be used for Handling of disposable syringes - for example, to take them from the belt conveyor for filling or further processing.
The development of ID AID, an optionally offered housing meets the stringent requirements of GMP standards in secondary packaging area. It is easy to clean and has a high degree of IP-protection. The control system of the RH-3SDHR works with a repeat accuracy of ± 0.01 mm, reaching up to three pick-and-place cycles per second.
